Take steps against breast cancer this autumn by joining On the Wings of an Angel; Help us raise the Awareness of Breast Cancer on the streets of Chicago, IL on Saturday October 27 2007 at 1pm in front of the Water Tower Place.

Join us on our journey to RASIE THE AWARENESS OF BREAST CANCER down the Magnificent Mile where a unique urban experience awaits you! Four inspiring outdoor festivals beckon you to return at least once a season! You will also find world-class shopping, dining, lodging and leisure entertainment throughout the Magnificent Mile area. Moreover, there is something for everyone.

Our walk will begin at the Water Tower Place at 1pm on the First Floor in the front Lobby. We will Parade all floors of the Water Tower Place then on our way out, we will stop at Godiva for a little Chocolate and then head out doors. Raise the awareness of breast cancer parade (in our Pj’s) will continue up one end of the Magnificent Mile and down the other side. Throughout our Journey, we may stop into a few stores to raise the Awareness of Breast Cancer such as VS, GAP, etc. and too warm up. 

Our event meeting will take place on Friday October 26 at 6pm. At the meeting, Banners, donations, and promotions items are to be completed on this day.

If you are not walking but would like to donate promotional items please drop them off at the meeting.  You must email us for the meeting location. Since the meeting will be held at a walker’s home, we do not want to post it on the website.
